bloating

hi, been exercising more recently trying to do up to an hour of cardio/toning 5 times a week I am noticing that I am getting bloated after the session, is it from water retention? does anyone else experience anything like this.. any info is appreciated.

    It could be water retention, yes - do you drink water besides when you exercise? When you start drinking the amount of water that your body needs it tends to hold onto it for a period of up to six weeks.

    But is this something that only occurs when you exercise? Because, and maybe I'm way off base here, I know that when you exercise you can increase your changes of having a bowel movement. Maybe it has something to do with that.
