After an intense and bit long work out session I get splitting headache. During work out I consume 1 liter water so dehydration should not be the issue or is it? I work out one hour later after having the breakfast. Upon checking my BP was normal. What could be the causes? Is there any way to avoid the headaches?

Strain maybe? Try shortening the duration of your workout and see if it helps?0

It could still be dehydration. How much water do you drink in general? Try finishing a bottle (min 500ml) or more before you go work out (maybe before your breakfast so it's not sloshing in your belly, lol).
Drinking while working out is great, and hydrate through the day as well. If you're somewhere hot then drink more than the recommended amt.
ETA: Go to the doc if that doesn't help0
