    For breakfast, I enjoy two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin.... 200 calories.

    Update:

    So I went to this site & picked out a receipe to make..... it was a ravioli with veggies & some sauce. The receipe said it was 400 calories per serving. I bought everything it called for, came home & made it. My husband logged it in MFP -as I made it and the calories came out to 650 per serving!! :frown:

    So going forward I think I'm going to double check the calories with MFP before I run out & make it. Just wanted to give everyone a head up. :smile:
