returning MFP user trying to get in shape, lets be friends

Hey all. I have recently returned to MFP after months of being idle. I'm here to establish a strong circle of friends that can help me through my struggles and I can do the same for. I'm 31 from Michigan. About 60 pounds overweight. I have high blood pressure and get sick alot because of it.
