Honestly the best thing would be to ignore it as it has no impact on your health and focus instead on fat loss assuming you are overweight.0 -
Just try and be consistent basically. Drink a good amount of water consistently and keep sodium under 2500mg a day consistently and you will retain less water and you will get more consistent readings.0
