Ive been using mfp for a while now but seem to fall off the rails a lot so ive joined the community for some support to help me get this weight off. I've recently tried the 5:2 diet and I did lost 7lb but I got bored of having to track food on my fast days and mostly over ate.
I have started to incorporate Jillian Michaels body revolution to the mix so im hoping I now see results.
I need to try and lost at least 7+lb in the next 5 weeks as my sister is getting married and wanting to lose a stone for another wedding in August as ive been given the promise of a new dress by my bf!!
I really want to be fit and active for my children who are extremely energetic and im unable to keep up with them.
Lets hope I can start seeing results soon

If you really want to hit that target, then to my mind you need to focus on the calories in V calories out. If you stick to the calories that MFP gives you, you will lose and stand a good chance of hitting the target. Just make sure you have it set up right in the first place with your stats and goals. I did most of my loss with practically zero formal exercise. The exercise will tone and shape you, and give you more calories to consume hopefully making the journey easier.
Remember, it is irrelevant if you are burning 500 calories a day in exercise if you are eating 5000 calories. You will still gain!0
