long workout vs short workouts?

just wanted to know if anyone splits their exercise up throughout the day and whether the calorie burn is more for short separate workouts or 1 long one for those of us that dont have that much spare time?

It depends on the workout, for eg one 25 minute metafit class will most likely burn more calories than say one hour class at bums, tums and thighs due to the intesnisty of metafit
It depends on:
1. How intense the class/workout
2. What type of class/workout etc
Its all about fitting things in around your normal day/schedule.
I find the short but high intesity workouts are the best.0
