Hello Everyone, My name is Tisa and I will keep this short and sweet. My goal here is to lose at total of a 100lbs but I realize if you just aim at the 3lbs every week. It makes it easier in your mind to obtain. Something recently just clicked and made me want to really work hard at it. I have tried every diet but I recently started using Myfitnesspal and it is really helping me. I'm down three pounds so far and its only been a week. Can't wait to see more results. Good luck everyone. Also if you guys do look at my meal plan its not the best nutrition wise but it works for me and the lifestyle that I live.

    3 lbs a week is not reasonable.....go slow and learn how to eat.......excersise.....walk.....run.....good luck
