BMI GOING DOWN!!!!

Finished up counting calories and going to the gym for the second week! :) I lost 6 lbs so far. My muscles are sore as heck for squats and weights too! My BMI is officially out of the 50's (was 50.8) and is now 49.6 and is only going down!! I get my first "reward" after doing this for 4 weeks, and it's a new pedometer (which I'm super thrilled about!) :D Always looking for motivating friends, feel free to add me! I have a pinterest board labeled "motivation" that I look at once a day that is loaded with motivation! Keeping on!

    Well done! That's a great loss :) it feels great to see your BMI go down because you know it means you're getting healthier!

    I love the Pinterest motivation board idea! I come on here everyday to read the success stories for motivation but I think I might do a Pinterest board too now!
