Help! What to eat for dinner!

Ok, i have eggs and a protein shake in the morning after i work out. For lunch i usually eat some yogurt or a cook turkey burgers. Then i go to work and do not get off till 7PM.... I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO EAT FOR DINNER THATS HEALTHY!!! and i dont like greens, i know it makes me sound like a kid, i honestly do not like greens . PLEASE HELP!
