    Rows, rows, and more rows! Haha. :)
    I started adding more chin-ups and slow deadlifts to help my back out as well.

    ~110 lbs
    I try to eat around 2,300 cals per day. :)

    4 times a week, 2 upper, 2 lower body days.

    Nope, no cardio. Bulking at a 550 surplus :)
