Hello... my friend directed me to this site when we started trying to figure out how to calculate how much protein I consume in a day, because I stay sick quite often from what I eat. We're not sure what causes it, only that we've pretty much ruled out everything except protein. Trying to use this as a way to make a chart that, when I get one, a doctor can follow and use (possibly) in helping me out. While I was at it, I figured I could use it to regulate my eating habits because I have a tendency to binge eat - little to none on most days , far too much on some days. At the same time, I see no reason why I can't work on simply getting healthier in the process... but it's certainly going to be an extremely long road.
Either way, it's nice to see such a friendly community attached to a site like this.
And for the record... calling me "KT" or "Ktan" is fine. (And I pronounce the full user "tan-eek". Others tend to pronounce it "Katanaqwee." I encourage you to pick your own pronounciation.)
