Hey,
I'm Aiden, 22F, Nj Resident, Happily Married working like everyone else to survive in this money hungry state, LOL. My interests and hobbies are writing (lyrics+ Free Form Creative Pieces), Music ( Genres vary VASTLY.. I'm not too huge on country.. I love my Metal and I love my 90s. Rasta, 90s, and so much more fall into what I love. My ipod and my external says everything haha), Vocalizing (..I am getting back into officially practicing however, it's a love and desire.. my ultimate "dream" career) ..also, the weather is nice.. I would love to start skateboarding again. It's been a while for me.. I can't do tricks but I ride for the thrill of it. I have a Fender I never pick up.. I want to learn how to play it.. becoming discouraged keeps me at the "just maintaining" level. I dig body art in all shapes ways and forms. Tattoos, piercings, transformations, etc. I like to be different. I enjoy to be myself without the pressure of molding into what could make me uncomfortable. Outside of my interests and likes, I work a full time job sora licensed with the state of NJ. Outside of work, I enjoy my partner's company, my doggies, and basically my weekends to do anything and nothing all at the same time.
Getting to the transitional side of things::
I have been with MyFitnessPal for 5+ Months and I faithfully use it to track my nutritonal facts, exercise results, keep records of my "weight loss" periods each weigh-in. I travel from New Jersey to Philadelphia Pa JUST to stay serious about keeping my weigh-in at a professional standard.
I have had a few times already where I have binged eaten. I have had a few times where I skipped out on keeping track of my meals and such on MFP. All in all, I am happy to say that regardless.. I have NOT gained nor maintained the same weight. I am thankful to be committed to this new lifestyle and my transition has been purifying.
So far I have lost a total of 56lbs.
I started as 243lbs
Currently, I step on the scale at home as 180 solid, however, thus is why I keep my weigh-in professional. I like the offical status.
Progressingly, I feel a difference within my body.
Weight loss wise I am completely happy and motivated to KEEP DOING BETTER
Digestion, energy.. you name it.. this life style WORKS but in the start it's up to YOU to keep yourself to progress and IT WILL SHOW. I can not express how amazing My Fitness Pal still works for me. It's seriously something I can't be without. ..well, my cell phone is sort of broken but I can log online for now <-- Totally another plus!
If you are looking for motiviational pep texts.. maybe messages or simply looking to get to know someone in this type of lifestyle feel free to drop a message. This is a great way to connect to others and I can surely use a little bit of time to work on my social skills.
-take care!
