Exercise mat

I live in an apartment (third floor) and wanted to get a mat or something to use in order to deafen the noise when I do cardio during my workouts so I won't disturb my downstairs neighbor as much. I would appreciate any suggestions that are reasonably priced!

    I've heard some people say they use horse stall mats - they're inexpensive.

    There have been some reports that they initially stink, so they leave them in the garage for a couple of weeks before bringing them indoors. And they are very heavy. Think about the great workout carrying them up to the third floor.

    Or you just buy some of those interlocking gym tiles.
