Updating Calorie Deficit?

After how many pounds lost should be update our calorie deficit goal? Idk if it should be updated every week or every month or every so many pounds. Thanks!

    Ideally you wouldn't change your calorie goal until you stop losing weight or you reach your weight goal.

    So that's like between 10 days and 2 weeks without weight loss?

    I'd say minimum 2 weeks without weight loss, 3 would be better.
