I have just found this site - new to fitness.

Hullo, I am Tom. Iv just found this site and upon entering my food details for today have discovered that a) it is most likely highly addictive and motivating and b) disappointingly and shockingly my supposed healthy eating isnt actually healthy enough to be at all vaguely beneficial.
Trying to lose weight at the moment, and possibly make some friends and/or get some advice, if I dont annoy everyone first - I am an avid and often sarky forum addict.

Yes I am one of those people who doesnt have an anonymous internet name. I always forget it and then cant log in.

I have no idea what else to write here.
