    Been on vacation for a week...totally off any kind of diet...they don't have decent Mexican food in VA...only west of Texas!:wink: javascript:add_smiley('wink','post_body')

    I'm starting over....again....this time with "clean eating" going back to eating like I did as a child. I grew up on a farm so we had everything pretty much organic, fresh fruits (from our orchard), fresh veggies and fresh protein. I've been going down to our local butcher instead of buying the meats out of the grocery. I've been at it a couple of weeks now and have lost almost 7 lbs. I'm liking this clean eating and finding that I'm not really hungry. I've been a long time putting on this weight, and it's going to be a long time getting it off. But I'm ready for the challenge and my body just feels better overall.
