Hi! 40 down - 10 to go

Hi everyone!
Recently discovered MFP and figure it's about time I keep track of my calories.
Started my lifestyle change July 1st last year - with a goal of losing 50 lbs in 52 weeks... and then keeping it off for a year before I turn 50...
I am down 40 - have 10 more to go - but these past few months I've been losing (and finding) the same 5 lbs!!!
Time to get past this plateau!
In the meantime I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and just thinking about moving hurts - as does every step I take...
So although I am trying to exercise more - it's hard to stay motivated.

    Amazing accomplishment. Stay proud of what you have done and don't look back.
