Issues Reaching Healthy Calorie Intake

As summer comes around and the weather gets warmer, I notice I'm having a harder and harder time eating. I'm sure, if you go through my diary, you'll find that's typically not a problem for me! But the issue is I know I'm not eating enough and I'm worried the trend will continue as the weather warms up. Does anyone have any tips for this? In the past, I have lived off watermelon and cold berries, but I know I need other things in my diet as well.

If you're having trouble hitting your calorie goal, start to work in more foods that have more calories in them. I started to include more rice, potatoes (white and sweet), nuts, etc.

Summer time is one of the easiest times to get calories in really....
Ribs alone are very calorie dense...and good for protien.
Ice cream is a good choice...
Just make sure you are getting protien in as you will lose muscle without adequate calories and protien.
And if your user name is any indication of what you want make sure you lose mainly fat...not the muscle you will need that for the training.0 -
