Need some ideas

I recently figured out customized micronutrients. Carbs 40% & fat and protein 30%.
I usually take a sandwich and whatever else I have (cheez-its, yogurt, etc). Your typical sack lunch.
I need some ideas to help me achieve the new micronutrient goals. Something quick and easy. Something I can throw in my lunch box and go.
