Hmm, is it me or am I not as hungry?

I haven't been able to go to the gym and get a nice old workout for a long time. I started the gym on Monday, I went again today and I noticed that when I'm active, my appetite is suppressed immensely. Has anyone else gotten like this after taking up excersise?

Yes. I have recently started walking a lot and I find that I am not as hungry. Your metabolism works better when you are active.0

Doesn't work like that for me. After I workout I get really hungry lol.0

No. My appetite is suppressed for like half an hour afterwards and then I am famished!0

Exercise is a natural appetite suppressant. You will get hungry after awhile though, trust me. You should be eating regularly every few hours though to keep your metabolism going, as well as to keep you full always. Eat things high in fiber & protein to keep you fuller longer. :happy:0

if i swim on a morning i spend the rest of the day hungry all the time. If i exdrcise on a night after work i loose my apetite for my evening meal. Its strange0
