Recovered from injury and want to go be back in better shape

Hello All,
Last year I ruptured my Achilles tendon from a basketball camp, I was 185 lbs. at 5'11 height and after the injury I ballooned to 217 to 220 lbs. I took a trainer to get my confidence back after I was released from therapy. I'm working hard to get back into shape and I felt having a group that will make me accountable will help me reach my goal faster. I joined the group whose goal is to get out of the 200 lbs. range and I think that is a good start. I'm here to get support and provide support.
I work out daily using a body for life book that I use a couple of years back, the work out is hard but I can handle it, today marks the 3rd week I am on the program, it's the eating habits at night that sets me back. Today I stop eating solid food after 6pm and take a shake as a replacement.
