So I've just started the T25 program (Day 2) and I actually don't think I've ever had muscles as sore as this! That includes doing some of Tanya's modifications as well as jumping on the spot when I don't have the co-ordination for some of the moves, yes I do look like a very very bad zumba class..... bouncing around my living room with flabby bits creating their own gravitional pull... but I do belive that it will be worth the early starts (no way can I find the energy to this to myself on an evening, so 0600 starts get the dvd done and out of the way which nows gives me time to actually eat breakfast!! So that eventually I'll have the nice slim body in time for two upcoming parties in August & September!
Any advice. motivation, experiences etc.....?

I have done T25 for 3months now. You can see from my profile pic what I look now. So, stick with the program and trust me it works!!0
