Hey! im 18 and im starting a new weight loss journey. :smile. im excited and anxious at the same time. i want to stick to this and change my lifestyle for ever. i dont ever want to look back. im a varsity student and it can get quite hard in terms of picking out what to eat, but i am trying.
any ideas in terms of food options? i feel like im eatingthe same thing everyday!

Hey, I'm around the same age (19) and a university student and I agree it feels like everyday I'm eating the same thing!! I'm a vegetarian so I feel like that often gives me some variation anyway but find a healthy meal plan online and get some ideas off that? I find that helps a lot0
