Hey,

Just wondering if anyone has used these fat binder pills and wondering if you could share your experiences.

I wouldn't tend to use such things but I'm going to my grandparents for 5 days and they're feeders. To keep weight loss in check, I thought I'd use these and run every morning, do body weight exercises. But maybe I shouldn't?

Shared side effects and results would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Why not just stick to exercise and start practising some self assertiveness skills as well as the art of just saying 'no thank you, I am quite satisfied already'.

Agreed. Overall, you just don't want to use diet pills. Listen to your hunger cues, take a run or a walk, and if all else fails...it's only 5 days. If you progress is hindered slightly, just remember that you enjoyed the time spent there, and that you can always get back on track once you're home

If you're planning to take them with the intent of keeping your weight down while you get fed by your grandparents, you're in for a nasty surprise - fat binders bind the fat but get rid of it... it umm... leaks. Uncontrolled greasy anal leakage. Explosive diarrhea.

Fat binders work by making you too scared to eat fat. And then punishing you when you do...

I know this sounds horribly smarmy but if that's your plan, bring some Depends with you.
