Hello all,

I just ordered the BowFlex TreadClimber TC20 however when I go tot he Cardio section to see if it is listed nothing comes up. Does anyone know what walking on the TC for 30 minutes, what the calorie burn is?

    I honestly would use a heart rate monitor for those, because I can almost guarentee it isn't as much as they like to claim on their infomercials.

    I have a heart rate monitor that straps around my chest. How is this going to let me know how many calories I burn in a timeframe.
