New member going strong :)

Hi everyone,

My name is Allison and I am new to this site, but I am going on my 4th day straight and I plan on making lifestyle changes. I can't believe it, but I woke up today and my uniform was looser on me.:love: It felt so great. Just wanted to say that I plan to become a regular member on here. My goal is to loose 40 pounds and to do it by eating very clean and working out daily. I will not weigh in except for once every two weeks! I don't care so much about weight (because everyone looks different at different weights), but I care about toning up, loosing fat, and gaining muscle. I plan to finish my degree in nutrition so I have a pretty good grasp on the health side, but I just never followed it ......................until now. :):blushing:
