Musical Motivation

I'm always looking for new songs to add to the mix in my play list when I workout. So tell me what you do, and what songs motivate you.

I walk at @ 4 mph with bursts of 4.3 - 4.5 mph alternated with bursts of incline of 20% or 40%.

    I'm pretty eclectic too.

    I like having The Hampster Dance on there..because it makes me smile when it comes on...lol

    Mostly I have Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys.

    Then a lot of classic rock. I really can't think of any one specifc song right now. I just put my music on shufle and listen to whatever.
