The best way to know is to get your body fat tested.
For Me: I'm 5'9" and I have 142lbs of lean body mass. That means that, as a woman, the least I could weigh and still be healthy is roughly 160lb (13% fat).0 -
im about 5 10 and i think i look best at 170.i dont go by the doctors charts cuz i have a curvy body and dont want to look anorexic lol. My man also likes my curves ; ] i think if your 5 10 and 165-170 you would look great in a bikini0

I'm 5'10".
My normal weight is 168lbs and I had a VERY flat stomach then, even after pregnancy.
But I want to get to 150lbs.0 -
Hello tall girls! I am 5'10" and currently, sadly, I weigh 160lbs. UGH! Two years ago, I weighed 145 so this weight gain feels huge! Trying to lose 20 lbs by my 40th birthday which is just around the corner (May). Planning on getting up at 5:30 am tomorrow to get to the gym. Wish me luck.0

Sarah Grace, I'm not sure how much, if any, your weight figures into your flat stomach. I agree with Mrsschronce, find out what your healthy weight is, and go for that number.0 -
I think it varies for each person.
I'm 5'9" and almost always have a flat stomach, even if my thighs and bum are expanding! :blushing: However, at my current weight (162) I have a little tiny tummy.
My "best" weight is 136lbs. That's when I am confident in a bikini and running around without things jiggling. For someone else, that may be way too small for their frame.0 -

Except that I'm not a dude - I'm the dudette in the picture. My husband weighs 230 - thank goodness - puts my 20 lbs on perspective. Haha0 -

I think 145 is the lowest I can go. I have really wide hips and a pretty big frame.

I'm 5'9 1/2 and I'm 166 today. I maintained 135 forever but that may have been a bit too thin. I want to get to 145. My belly gets back iinto decent shape at 150-155 but I totally agree it has to do with fat % and not weight.0

Yeah I agree. I have been 155lbs before but I was just thinner, not in great shape. This time I'm hoping to get to around 150lbs but be in better shape. It's more of a size I want than a number on the scale.0

I'm 5'10!!! I curently weigh 200ish (haven't been able to weigh myself since I started here, waiting for new scale to come). The lowest weight I've ever had at this height is 180 when I was 14 years old, I'm 23 now. I'm currently a size 14/16 depending on brand, (but more often 14) I would KILL to be 175, and I have no clue how low I could go before I look anorexic. I have a size 12 foot, which I think counts for something, and I have big thighs and sort of wide hips (but they're pretty proportionate to the rest of my giantness).
Two or three years ago I weighed in at a whopping (for me) 265 (EEK)!!! I remember watching the first or second season of the biggest loser, when all of the female contestants were UNDER 300, and a few of them weighed less than me-not just the shorties-so it was at that point when I realized I could've qualified for those seasons (and I saw how bad those contestants looked) that I needed to do something. So I excercised for two hours a night, 4 days a week. But I've taken a year off from that, mainy because of life changes, and plateaued majorly-but haven't gained anything. So as of right now, I'm ok being around 200, but I would definitely LOVE to get to 180 and lower...so It's back to the gym!
Honestly though, can't fathom being anything lower than a size 10. That just doesn't seem possible. But I'm aiming for a size 12 currently, small goals.0
