    If you have protein powder

    6oz plain greek yogurt
    1 large egg
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (I use whole wheat pastry)
1/4 cup (about 2/3 scoop) vanilla whey protein powder - about 22g
    1 tsp baking soda
One or two tablespoons of milk

It comes to about 380 calories, 35ish grams of carb and 43g of protein. Makes 7-8 medium pancakes. You'll have to adjust for your protein powder. I strongly suggest adding fruit or it's a bit dry though (strawberries and blueberries are the best, I add about 70g of them). Use low heat so you're sure it's well cooked in the middle.

If you don't have protein powder, these :

1/4 cup/30g flour (I'm partial to whole wheat pastry flour, but regular would work)
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup/62g of ricotta (I used part skim) - guessing cottage cheese would work too
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp sugar

Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, heat up. It made 4 big pancakes (I used a 1/3 cup measuring cup to pour the batter).

Nutrition: About 340 calories, 33g carb, 13g fat, 18g protein (I used a bit more ricotta and 2% milk). With fat free ricotta it would be less than 300 calories! They don't turn out very fluffy, but they're moist and delicious.
