Korean burrito - calories are frying my brain!

So my friend owns a business selling Korean burritos (Korrito, for anyone interested). I went and bought one today and I'm not sure how to work out the calories, as the ingredients separately come to about 450, but the options MFP gives range from that up to 760!
It's in a white wrap, and they mixed me a spoonful of spicy chicken and one of bulgogi beef for the filling. Also: kimchi fried rice, a handful of chopped tomatoes, lettuce, spring onions and a sprinkle of cheddar in there with a bit of sesame oil and seeds drizzled on.
Should I just give up now on trying to work this one out?!

Personally I would go with a mid to upper range option. I would rather be over on my calorie intake!

Yes, if I'm not sure, I estimate high. I'd rather pad my deficit than wipe it out accidentally.0
