You cant turn fat into muscle. They are totally diff things.

I have been doing the fasting for 10 weeks and have lost 29 lbs so far. On a fasting plan you really have to use weight training to help elminate muscle loss.

I usually just do varying pushups and lunges and also run.

5:2 is good, but slower than 4:3 or even ADF

Depends how big you are to start with. Losing 2 lb/week for 7 weeks is definitely possible in the abstract. Won't gain any muscle though.

You cant build muscle while losing fat. That's not how it works.

You need to lose the fat first by creating a calorie deficit, then build muscle by eating a calorie excess with sufficient protein, and go back and fourth between the two, all the time lifting.

A more realistic goal for 7 weeks would be 3.5 to 7 pounds (1/4-1/2 stone). If you were obese, you could lose 2 pounds per week but when one is closer to goal, the rate of weight loss decreases.

While you can't really gain muscle on a calorie deficit, you can maintain the muscle you have by making sure you get plenty of protein (at least the minimum recommended if not double that) and doing some additional weight training. Cardio and ab work alone won't cut it.

If your ticker is accurate then no. With only 18 lbs to go you ought to be losing no more than a pound per week.

Like the others said, you can't convert fat into muscle. However you can lose some fat while retaining your muscle by doing resistance training (full body, not just abs) and eating enough protein (.8 grams per pound of body weight or 1 gram per pound of lean body mass if you know it)

Only with an Alchemist's stone and it is easier to turn lead into gold.
