Hello everyone, I'm Tammy from Ontario, Canada! I'm a single mom of an adorable three- year old named Isabelle.
I'm joining MFP to reach goal of being healthy, fit and happy! And having motivating new friends is a plus!

    I'm in Alberta!!
    Name is Kaitlin or Kait, 22 turning 23 in September. I'm 5'4 and a half, (And yes the half is important!) and currently weighing in at 160lbs. Don't have any little ones as of yet, but I do have an 11 year old nephew!
    Trying to get down to 140 and help my inactive nephew get active!
    Anyway. Always looking for support, and hey Canadian is even better! ;) haha
