21 Day Fix Update

I was angry that I purchased this program, however I will say that there are 2 things that I've learned to love about it.
1) The workouts. I ADORE THEM! No lie. I HATE exercising - but these are 30 minutes start to finish (including warmup/cooldown) - sweet!
2) The breakdown of protein/fats/carbs. My stomach has never felt better. While I could do without the colored containers, focusing on eating "cleaner" - definitely has helped my IBS/bloating.
I haven't lost a f*cking pound, though...:mad: ........BUT I attribute that to the fact that I am eating 1,200/1,400 calories PLUS working out. My body is not taking in enough calories. I will change that at the end of this week (end of the 21 days)
I really feel as if there are physical changes in my body. My lower pooch is definitely smaller. I can *see* that myself. I will post my before/after pix so you can tell me about it.
While I am not a Beachbody coach and I don't typically promote their programs - buying the basic program for this and using the workouts alone are worth it. No lie.
Going forward I'm going to use 4 of the workouts (strength training) and incorporate my own cardio the other 3 days a week along with a healtheir TDEE and I hope to see this weight start coming off safely.
