Medifast Plan

I was just wondering if anyone else was doing the medifast diet plan? I did this plan years ago when it was called Optifast but with that plan we went to weekly support group meetings and I that's the part I miss about the plan now, there really isn't the face to face support.

    I keep looking at it and it just seems so gosh darn expensive for food I can make myself. For $200, I can feed my entire family for 2-3 weeks, whereas Medifast is over $200 for just me.
    MFP has been fantastic in helping me achieve my goals for free. The convenience of Medifast is tempting, but not worth it IMO
