    I froze my fat on the cheek once when it was plenty cold outside. I thought it was called frost bite.

    The sick fact is by reading the link I posted, this is where they got the idea. Something about the fat freezing before the skin, personally not into self mutilation (well except piercing/tatoos).
    Nice. Who cares about the back if it has to be amputated when things go wrong, we don't need it for anything important.

    Diet and exercise works pretty well for me.....and its free.

    The problem with these quick fixes is:

    a) They cost a lot of $$$$
    b) You don't learn a d*mn thing from a quick fix.

    Hi iv just had some fat freezing done on my belly and back has anyone had it done and is you have what results did you get

    I lived in Buffalo and froze my fat off often.
    It's overrated.
    I like the heat in AZ better now.

    errrr ok lol you do know in order to melt fat you have to heat it right lol if you put bacon grease in freeze it doesn't melt away haha Damn if that were true id be in Antarctica and sit outside in snow and watch all my fat melt away rofl
