I wouldn't think you have to limit your vegetable intake. You may just be very gassy :)

I do not limit myself on most vegetables, but some vegetables have more calories / sugar / carbs than others, so you should not eat unlimited amounts if you want to stay within your calorie goals for a day.

I usually eat about 2-3 servings of fruit each day, trying to mix up types to get a wide range of micronutrients.

I think the only limit for the amount of vegetables I could eat is my wallet.

Why do you limit your fruit servings per day?

I carefully count my fruit but I don't count veggies. I sort of like the South Beach diet or WW, where veggies are "free".
I do weigh and count starchy veggies.

In general, I do not limit my vegetables; I only limit the starchy vegetables like sweet potato and yams. Other than that, I eat all the vegetables I want, like 8-10 or more different veggies in a day. I don't limit fruit, either, but I don't just eat fruit all day. I treat fruit as a great snack or a dessert. I might eat five or more fruits in one day.

If you are going over your calories and not hitting your other Macro/Micros that veggies do not assist in, then yes, you can over eat them. Other than that, not so much. Overeating veggies, just like anything else, can cause you to gain weight if they cause you to be in an energy surplus.
