Hello one and all. My name is Mary. I have been on this life style change for a while. My motto is, "One Day, One Step, One Meal, One Pound At A Time. That's How I Have To Do It!!" I am wanting some helpful hints that you may use or have used in your weight loss journey. I have lost around 62 pounds and have about 125 to lose. I know there is no "magic" way to do it except by HARD WORK and DETERMINATION. You don't move it you don't lose it. :bigsmile: That is what brings the weight off. Any ideas/suggestions/hints that you may have are appreciated. Have a great day.

Regular walking, lean protein for satisfaction at low calorie counts. Those are basically the things I lean on. Sounds like you have a system that works for you so keep doing what you are doing.0 -
I know this mentality has helped me, I basically think of working out as a job I have to do for my body. I go to work so I can make money, I go to the gym so I can be healthy and strong. Makes sense for me, and helps get me out of bed early in the morning to work out!0
