Healthy Snacks

To my surprise, I noticed that the amount I usually eat on a daily basis is normally under 1200 calories which I know isn't a healthy number taking into account the exercise I do daily.
Even though I haven't been feeling hungry, I do get cravings for chocolate in the evenings so I've been using this as an excuse to make up my calories by having a snack (usually a nutri grain or various other 'cereal bar'). I know this is better than reaching for a bar of chocolate but I'm also aware cereal bars aren't as healthy as people think they are...
So basically, I'm looking for healthy alternatives for an evening snack which don't take much time to prepare.
I know the typical fruit, celery with dips etc options but would love to know if anyone has more interesting ideas to keep my diet diversified.
Thanks
(Also pretty new to this and need friends, so feel free to add)

Frozen mixed berries curbed my ice cream habbit. I'll pour some into a bowl frozen and munch on them while I'm watching TV. They take a while to eat because they are frozen. I can usually make a small bowl last for a 30 minute show or most of a 60 minute show.0

I enjoy the Lindt chocolate with 85% cocoa. I eat one square 1/4 of a serving a day.0

Different snacks I've had in the last month or so that come in around 75-200 calories.
- Pistachios (in shells so the take more time to eat)
- Homemade guacamole with carrots or celery (yeah - you said you knew celery with dip - but the key here is to make your own guac not using store bought)
- Raspberries in cottage cheese
- 100 calorie yogurt ice cream sandwiches
- Grilled Brussel sprouts (halve them and grill them for about 8-12 minutes then serve with lightly smoked sea salt)
- Cream of wheat with blueberries0 -
Turkey Jerky
No-fat Greek yogurt (w/fruit, dip mix, etc.)
Nuts0 -
Bowl of Greek yogurt with 2 tsp sugar free Torani caramel syrup blended in with sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
2 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
Cajun Boiled peanuts
Simple 7 quinoa chips, 9 g of protein per oz and only 130 cals
Celery with yogurt dip
