  • Why not just stay in a deficit and eat whatever
    You want instead of trying to force your body
    To rely on fat for energy?

    Welcome!
    My mom did a Keto diet, succeeded at losing almost 80lbs in less than 6 months, but the second she started eating all food groups/carbs she put on the weight again.
    My unsolicited piece of advice, don't eliminate a food group, just watch your portions of it. You'll maintain long term success better that way and won't feel deprived or restricted :)
