Baked goods calories

So I have this dilemma: say I bake on the weekend a coffee cake. a slice would be around 100 grams and it would count for 150 calories. Three days later, as the cake gets dry, a slice that has the same size definitely will weight less. That means it would count less calories, but knowing the cake lost only water that would not be a fair assessment.
Soo ... what are your thoughts on that?

Create a recipe of the ingrediants in MFP. That will give you calories per serving which will not change whether it is dry or moist.0

Slice it all at once.0
