How many calories in this breakfast?

I wanted to see if I got the calories right for this breakfast. I'm also curious what numbers others come up with.

It consists of:
One slice of wheat toast with a pad of salted butter
Two poached eggs
hollandaise sauce
One english muffin
1/2 of an avocado, sliced
Home fried potatoes with salt and rosemary seasoning
two slices of tomato
A slice of orange
One strawberry

Here it is:

How many calories total?

    Have you plugged the individual items into your diary?


    At a rough guess, I'd estimate:

    1 slice toast - 100
    butter - 35
    2 eggs - 150
    hollandaise sauce - could be 100, depends how much you used
    1 muffin - 100
    1/2 avocado - 150
    fried potaotes - again, depends on quantity, but say 150-200
    tomato - very little, maybe 10-20
    orange and strawberry - negligible

    So in total I'd guess in the region of 800-900.

    If it was my breakfast, I'd be questioning the need for bread AND muffin AND potatoes.

    With eyeballing the servings of some of that I came up with about 840 calories.

    Looks beautiful and yummy but way too many calories, for me anyway.
    At least 800.
    My breakfasts max out at 2-250.
    1/2 that eggs benedict is on my list for soon.
    By itself.

    Yeah, the way I did it was by plugging the items individually into my diary and estimating the quantities of the potatoes and the hollandaise sauce. I agree it was probably around 850 or so cals.

    But it could go up or down depending on how much avocado was on there and how many potatoes were served.
