    When a company suggests drugs and supplements to lose weight, then consider it a temporary fix UNLESS you're willing to use them the rest of your life.

    Let me guess, these are used in combination with a calorie deficit and exercise? If so, save your money and spend it on good food and a gym membership.

    Haha, that's what I thought. I'll stay away from that option as I had originally planned.

    My wife did a combination of B12 shot and Phentermine as prescribed by a weight loss doctor... and it worked for a while. Of course, when she stopped the treatment, the progress reversed.
