Now that I have you carb/grain eating lovers attention I just wanted to share some awesome finds that I'm sure alot of you know about and wanted to see what you think, or if you've found some better or similar?

Julian Bakery Smart Carb Bread
Regular: http://www.julianbakery.com/low-carb-bread.php
Cinnamon (on the website it says cinn/almond but here in AZ. it's only cinn/raisin) http://www.julianbakery.com/cgi/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=LC-002

La Tortilla Factory low carb high fiber tortillas: http://www.latortillafactory.com/products-3.aspx

I have tried all 3 and now that my tastebuds have changed love all 3 but especially the cinnamon raisin! The tortillas I heated over my gas stove and they do not fall apart I love them!

I use orrowheat sandwich thins. It's 100 calories for a roll, which is 2 slices. And they're perfect for making sandwiches.

For the tortillas, I use the Mission Carb Balance burrito size...they are about 200 calories with 30 grams of carbs, but, 21 of those 30 grams are fiber. They taste great and because they are whole wheat, they are much more filling than the white ones that are comparable in size.

I will have to try those other products though. They sound good!

You know I never noticed that Mission brand had a carb balance wheat tortilla out. I guess I haven't looked good enough thx for the info :) I'm always up for a substitute that not only is healthier but tastes good as well!
