Clean Eating Challenge!

I am starting a clean eating challenge on Monday and would love to have others do it with me for support! I find that I feel so much better when I'm eating clean, but for some reason, lately, I have gotten lazy with my cooking and shopping and end up with too much processed crap in my house and belly!!! Now when I stand on the scale, my weight has been going up... again :explode:
I am going to figure out my meal plans every Sunday, and shop monday morning and get everything I need for the week. This challenge will go for 25 days. It will start on Monday November 1st and end on Thanksgiving day. By then, I am also hoping to have dropped a couple pounds when I go visit all my family.:happy:
Here's the rules. Michi's ladder has every food that can be eaten for this challenge in the top 2 tiers, so follow that. Only one meal a week can be a cheater meal. And drink water all day long, and protein drinks are also allowed. Take pictures and all your measurements Sunday night and get ready for some self discipline! When we're done, and we've put in our best efforts and the results are awesome, make sure to buy something for yourself to reward ya!:flowerforyou:
Plan ahead and self discipline is going to be the hardest parts.

I little off topic, sorry! I had never heard of michi's ladder before so thank you for mentioning it! I looked it up and it seems very helpful when choosing foods!0

I'd love to give this a try! It's helpful that I have that guideline to go off of.
I'd say I'm about 80% Tiers 1 and 2. This will be a good way to try and increase that.

after a while I think it just becomes habit. My mom is a nutritionist so there was never anything packaged in my house. ever. We always make all foods from scratch. There are aisles in the supermarket i never even enter.
that is not to say that you cant gain weight eating 'healthy' stuff also..... its all moderation0
