Hope everyone is doing good. I am Josh. My friend and coworker introduced me to this site so I could keep track of my calories and my work out a year ago, but I got hurt and was unable to get a good work out going w/out having setbacks but now I'm fully healthy now, and I hope to get back to losing weight. I used to play High School and College Football, I played defensive and offensive line...so I've always been a big "strong" guy. I do not want to be super skinny (180ish), because my bone structure and height 6'4 I would be ideal at 240-260. I hope to get inspiration and be inspiration and make and meet some new acquaintances.
