Good morning!
I've used myfitnesspal on and (mostly) off for a few years but have recently decided to rededicate myself to finding a maintainable, healthy lifestyle. I am not sure what i want my goal weight to be. I want to be strong but am having some issues with lifting weights thanks to a nagging arm injury. I try to get in an hour of cardio 5 or 6 days a week until I can get back into lifting.
I'm looking for some encouraging friends and new ideas for getting and staying fit. Feel free to send me a friend request
