weekly workouts

I am trying to switch up my workouts. Any suggestions on at home cardio I could do? And what muscle groups should be worked together and how many days a week?

I started doing some workout DVDs at home, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred -- 20 min workout, combines strength, cardio and abs. Give it a try.

My own personal cardio consists of walking my dogs 3 miles on Tuesday / Thursday.... and I might strength train run 2-3 miles with an 80lb vest on the weekends if I feel up to it.
I workout M-W-F doing the P.H.U.L. split method, I just alternate lower days between power / hypertrophy

I throw in 2-3 extra exercises for arms on upper days and 1-2 extra lowers on leg day.0
