    Good read. There's no magic pill to aid in weight loss and the only supplement I'd argue people need is a nice cheap multi-vitamin for general health purposes.

    Weight can only be lost by creating a calorie deficit through eating fewer calories, or burning off more calories through exercise.

    I agree completely too. But I also feel the same way about diets - the blood type diet, the Atkins, the eat-only-beets-every-other Thursday diet...
