Feeling Yucky

I don't know why but I'm just feeling icky today. I feel mildy nauseous. Really, the only way to put it is icky. I know it's not TTOM and no, I'm not pregnant. But when I feel like this and the yuckiness seems centered in my stomach, it's hard for me to not eat all the time. I had a 100 calorie pack of wheat thins with my lunch thinking maybe they would help settle it but no luck. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks!!

upset tummy? Stick to the brat diet which is bananas, rice, applesauce and toast (dry or with a bit of jam). These foods are bland so they will fill your tummy without making you feel worse. The doctor always puts me on this when i HAVE THE FLU :sick:0

Thank you! I ran over to the gas station by my office and picked up a bottle of ginger ale. Just a few sips and I'm feeling better already!0

I don't think I have any allergies. My head is clear. I haven't been coughing or sneezing. I don't know why I felt so bad earlier but luckily, I'm feeling much better now! And thanks to the input I've gotten, I'll be able to stay on track!0
